Hi, I’m Ulana. I am a social worker and a mother. My professional training, clinical expertise, and lived experiences shape how I support the individuals and families I work with. I have faced moments of significant uncertainty in my own life, including navigating the NICU with my child and, at a different time, experiencing child loss. These experiences have strengthened my compassion and deepened my understanding of the complex emotions people navigate during difficult times. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your journey.

Why Work With Me?

I provide a space where you can speak openly without judgment. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and consider the many ways identities and life experiences intersect, including family dynamics, personal history, and individual challenges. I bring a calm, steady presence and a balanced approach to care, by integrating my clinical expertise with lived understanding. I meet clients with empathy, clarity, and respect. I aim to help you build confidence, find relief, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based principles. I integrate clinical expertise with a compassionate, person-centered approach to meet you where you are and support you as you move forward.
