Hi, I’m Dana. I work with individuals and couples experiencing challenges in the perinatal and parenting phases of life. My goal is to expand your circle of support, validate your experiences, enhance your coping skills, and build healthy relationships. With a background in education and childhood development, I provide practical guidance to help you feel better along your journey.
As a mom of two small children, I understand how challenging being a parent can be. Please allow me to help you on a journey to self-discovery. I offer a warm, calm, and nurturing environment in my sessions and groups. Together, let’s help you feel better.
You don’t need to have all the answers — just the tools to connect.
EFST helps you move from frustration to understanding, and from guilt to growth.
