Registered Psychotherapist, RP (Qualifying)

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) passionate about supporting women through the emotional transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. As a mother of three children, I understand firsthand how this stage of life can bring both deep joy and unexpected challenges. The perinatal period can stir up identity shifts, complex emotions, and changes in relationships and self-understanding. My work focuses on helping mothers feel supported as they navigate these transitions while building greater self-compassion, resilience, and emotional clarity.

I create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with your own inner resources. I support clients navigating concerns such as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, intrusive thoughts, and the emotional adjustment to becoming a parent. Whether you are adjusting to life with a new baby, feeling overwhelmed by the mental load of parenting, or noticing old patterns resurfacing in motherhood, therapy can help you feel more grounded and supported in this chapter of your life.

Why Work With Me?

Motherhood often brings deeper emotional layers to the surface—old expectations, attachment patterns, and beliefs about ourselves. Together, we explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of your emotional world so you can respond to yourself and your family with greater flexibility, confidence, and care.

My Approach

I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings. My work draws from evidence-based approaches that support emotional processing, self-compassion, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your role as a parent, and better able to navigate the complexities of motherhood with greater ease and self-trust.
