Hi, I’m Abeo. I’m a certifying full spectrum doula (birth, postpartum, fertility and loss support) who brings the warmth, vibrancy and calm of my Caribbean home to the families I serve. I’m guided by the ethos that parents should not have to navigate these most vulnerable and transformational life stages alone. It takes a village to raise a child and for families to thrive.

Inspired by the birth stories of friends and relatives, a natural curiosity about reproductive science and my experiences as an infertility and IVF research associate, I embarked on my birthwork journey with the goal of supporting families through the joys and unpredictability of the preconception, birth and postpartum periods. If you need a listening ear and empathetic care, a practical helping hand, or an ally in deciphering all the scientific and clinical information surrounding your perinatal experience, I’m here to assist you along the way, ensuring that you feel heard, supported and empowered.

Outside of birthwork, I find joy in the little pleasures of life. I’m a lover of long walks in nature, a tropical plant enthusiast, vegan cook, and absolute sports fan, but most often I can be found curled up with a blanket, tea, and a good read.
